Who it is and what about the licence
Cosmolot is an online casino operating in the Ukrainian market and presenting itself as a licensed operator. Do not rely on a banner or the word “official”: status is confirmed by the open register of the State Agency PlayCity, where you can find the operator and check whether the permit is valid. Participation is allowed from age 21 only.
Registration step by step
- Go to the operator’s site via the button below and press “Register”.
- Enter real details: they must match your documents at verification.
- If you have one, enter a promo code in the relevant field (see the code overview).
- Confirm your phone and email.
- Log in to your account and complete verification.
Verification
Identity confirmation is mandatory before withdrawals. You can use Diia, BankID or upload document photos. What it gives you for bonuses and what to prepare is in the article on verification.
Cashier and payouts
Deposits start at 100 UAH (the minimum for the Standard package). Payouts return to the card used for the deposit. Timing depends on verification and the bank, and tax is withheld from winnings — read about payouts to the card and tax.
Games
The lobby holds slots, live tables, instant games and tournaments from dozens of studios, including Pragmatic Play, 3 Oaks, Playson, BGaming, Amusnet and Hacksaw Gaming — details under providers. For wagering bonuses slots are handier; tables and crash games have a low or zero contribution (why). Separate sections: Live casino, Instant games and Tournaments.
Mobile version
There is no separate iOS app, but the mobile site is complete: cashier, bonuses, verification. You can add an icon to the home screen (guide).
Support
Contact channels are listed in the operator’s account. When you write, include your account ID, the essence of the issue and, if needed, a screenshot. It beats a long back-and-forth.
Verdict
Cosmolot suits a player who reads the terms: the welcome package is large but needs time, and cashback and x1 free spins are the nicest offers. Before your first deposit, check the register status and set limits.
