Payouts only to the deposit card: timing and checks
The “withdraw to where you deposited” rule protects both you and the operator. How it works in practice.
Payouts go to the card used for the deposit. This is not a whim but an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
How it works
- You deposit with a card issued in your name.
- Winnings return to the same card.
- If you topped up with several cards, the operator may split the payout proportionally.
Timing
The time depends on two things: your verification status and the bank. If your identity is confirmed (how to do it), payouts are usually faster. Banks credit funds from a few minutes to a few days. Current timings are in the cashier section.
If the card is lost
First reissue the card at your bank or block it. Then contact the operator’s support and explain — you will need documents proving your identity and account ownership.
Bonus and payout
While wagering is incomplete, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Do not leave the terms check until payout time: work out the turnover in advance (wagering formula). For tax withholding see the article on tax on winnings.
