Why a Cosmolot promo code does not work: five reasons and fixes
You entered the code and no bonus appeared. Check the five places where the error most often hides.
A promo code is the key to a particular promotion. If it “does not open the door”, the problem is almost always one of five things.
1. The code has expired
Most codes work for a limited time. The end date is given where you found the code or in the promotion rules. An old code from a forum is most likely dead.
2. Another bonus is already active
Bonuses often do not stack. If a welcome package or unfinished wagering is running on your balance, a new code may be rejected until it is complete.
3. A typo
Letter case, a trailing space, “0” instead of “O”. Copy the code, then delete any space at the end.
4. A condition is not met
The code may require a deposit, verification or a minimum amount. Without it no bonus is credited even though the field “accepts” the code.
5. The code is not for you
Some codes are personal or valid only for newcomers — those are entered in the sign-up form, not in your account. Registered players use the “Bonuses” or “Cashier” section.
Where to get codes
Only from the operator’s official mailings and from pages reached through links on its site. Third-party “promo code generators” are a scam marker.
